Wahoo! It’s April! I’m so excited that is spring that I can’t stand it. I’m linking up with Farley for her Currently linky party. I haven’t linked up in forever because this school year has been so busy. I’m so glad that it is winding down now.
I love baseball! I was so excited about opening day yesterday but I completely missed the time that the Braves were playing. By the time I got home, the game was over. Oops! So I am watching today.
I just got a Polar heart rate monitor and that thing is amazing. I blame Jen Ross’ Instagram for making me want one. I took a spin class tonight and it showed that I burned 558 calories. I knew spin class was no joke but I had no idea how many calories I burned in each class.
Summer break is so close I can taste it. Only 33 1/2 days left for me, not that I’m counting down or anything. 🙂 My kiddos are driving me crazy right now. We have reached the point of no motivation on their part and we haven’t even taken the SAT 10 test yet. This could be ugly! By the way, if anyone wants to volunteer to plan the rest of the year for me, I would love you forever. I’m really trying to plan ahead but that never really seems to work out. Oh well! I can survive until the end of the school year.
We start school at 7:45 but I usually get to school around 6:30. I like being at school and getting things done when it’s quiet and I have less distractions. I can’t get anything done after school.

My hubby must not have known their was a Braves game on or we would have been watching it. Instead he was watching the weather channel.
I want my plans done for the rest of the year, too! I did sit down with my student teacher and plan the topics for the rest of the year, so that's a start! Now to get all the details in place!
What I Have Learned
Courtney- I'm with you, it is so much easier to get stuff done before school. I feel like I move with much more purpose in the mornings. And I don't know about you, but after school people always want to chat! 🙂

I love that the first thing I read was that you love baseball. My husband is a baseball coach here in cold Wisconsin. He still has two feet of snow on his field. My son and daughter will be practicing inside for EVER! I haven't started the count yet, but I am on in now! Happy Saturday!
