Leap Day is Monday so I thought I’d share a few resources about Leap Day with you.
I love using BrainPOP Jr. to introduce new concepts to my students. BrainPOP has a quick video about the calendar and dates. There is a short segment in this video about Leap Day. It’s a great way to introduce Leap Day in the context of the entire calendar.

Do you use Flocabulary with your students? My students love it and so do I. It really hooks them into the lesson. Flocabulary’s Week in Rap Jr. has a video with a segment on Leap Day.

How about a little dancing for Leap Year? GoNoodle has a Leap Year video from Awesome Sauce. It’s silly but has a few facts.
